No, not 'I love you': in as much.

When you put them together, you get a new word: 'inasmuch'

It's often used in sentences like these below:

He's a very good choice of chairman, inasmuch as he really understands the issues.

I'm a very lucky man, inasmuch as I don't have to worry about money.

Mark and Oliver are from similar backgrounds, well, inasmuch as they come from the same town.
