A "helicopter" was recently found parked in a bus bay in the city of Zhengzhou, Henan province. The owner of the aircraft, Yuan Jingying, said it took him five years to build the helicopter. Although it cannot fly, the vehicle can run as fast as a normal car. The ex-engineer said he built the "helicopter" to take his mom sightseeing. But due to its huge size, the helicopter cannot be parked in a residential community.
